What is a Trust?

Simply put, a trust agreement is a document that spells out your wishes upon your death.

When the time comes, how would you like your money and property distributed? However, depending on your specific goals and needs, there are many types of trusts available from revocable trust, testamentary trust, irrevocable trusts, special needs trusts, charitable trusts and various other technical trusts to help you with estate planning.

Trusts can be helpful for different situations. I would suggest your consult with an Estate Planning Attorney to see if you could benefit from establishing a trust for yourself or your family.
